Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Reptar Suite (the "Platform"), operated and built by ARKH Studio. By accessing or using any of our web tools (ReptarConvert, ReptarOCR, ReptarDocs, reptarQR, and ReptarPDF), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

Reptar Suite provides a collection of digital productivity tools operating under a 100% client-side computing architecture:

ReptarConvert: Local format conversion for images, documents, data sheets, audio tracks, and 3D files.
ReptarOCR: Optical character recognition transforming scanned texts and tables into editable Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and Searchable PDF.
ReptarDocs: In-browser compression and file size optimization for PDF files, raster images, and vector artwork.
reptarQR: High-res 2D QR generator, 3D relief model builder (STL and multicolor 3MF for 3D printing), and URL shortener.
ReptarPDF: Comprehensive PDF tool to merge, visually split page-by-page, rotate, organize, digitally sign, and convert PDF documents.

2. Intellectual Property of Your Files

100% User Ownership: All files, converted outputs, extracted text, vector QR graphics, and 3D models created using Reptar Suite are the exclusive property of the user. You are granted full, unrestricted rights for both personal and commercial use without attribution or royalties.

Conversely, the underlying software, source code, visual UI design, trademarks ("Reptar Suite", "ReptarConvert", "ReptarOCR", "ReptarDocs", "reptarQR", "ReptarPDF"), and brand assets are owned exclusively by ARKH Studio and protected by international intellectual property treaties.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Reptar Suite only for lawful purposes. You may not use the QR code generator or URL shortener to link to:

Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or phishing websites.
Hate speech, violent extremism, child exploitation material, or illicit activities.
Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.

ARKH Studio reserves the right to immediately disable any shortened link violating these ethical and legal guidelines without prior notice.

4. Advertising Support (Google AdSense)

Reptar Suite does not charge subscription fees. Access is sustained through non-intrusive advertisements served by Google AdSense. Users agree to the presentation of these ads, including rewarded interstitial countdown previews prior to file downloads.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and its tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:

While our client-side libraries use battle-tested algorithms, we do not guarantee that every proprietary or corrupt file will convert without formatting variations.
Users must verify QR code readability and 3D model dimensions before undertaking mass physical printing or commercial deployment.
ARKH Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools.
